2027 Dog Registration Guide. Dog registration starts on October 15th, 2026. All dogs must be registered by December 31st, 2026 but a grace period is given until January 31st, 2027. All dogs must have valid rabies vaccine to be registered. All altered dogs are $6.00 and all unaltered dogs are $11.00. Late fees of 25.00 per dog start on February 1st, 2027.
